With an in-depth knowledge of how businesses operate and the perspective provided from working in-house, Frank is able to address his business clients’ immediate needs without losing focus on their long-term goals.
Business and deal focused, Frank is driven to make sure his clients are aware of each option available to them and enjoys putting together the pieces of the puzzle needed to efficiently and effectively structure each deal — whether that’s laying a foundation for a start-up or working through an M&A transaction. His background in business, finance, and accounting combined with his entrepreneurial mindset allows Frank to connect with his clients across all areas of their business, identifying potential pitfalls even before his clients do.
Frank’s passion for business is evident in his work for clients whether they are starting a new venture, acquiring or disposing a business or real estate, or planning for the succession of a business. Before joining Stein Sperling, Frank worked as general counsel for a large company; he now brings that knowledge of the “other side” of the lawyer-client relationship to his interactions with his own clients.
