Richard Loube focuses his practice on real estate acquisition, development, financing, business transactions, and commercial leasing. He particularly enjoys assisting clients with land use and zoning issues. Richard’s clients include lenders, developers, landlords, and investors. He is committed to helping clients achieve their goals and works diligently to ensure that they thoroughly understand the mechanics of the various legal strategies utilized along the way.
Richard’s relentless curiosity keeps him abreast of current legal developments and contract language, which adds significant value for his clients and their particular needs. Richard considers the practice of law to be a craft. He takes pride in his ability to distill complex legal concepts into more easily understood information.
Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Richard worked as an associate for a firm focused on commercial real estate, transactional financing, general business counseling, and commercial litigation.
