Stein Sperling is looking for a FULL-TIME, EXPERIENCED BILINGUAL personal injury paralegal for our office in Falls Church, Virginia. Applicants MUST BE bilingual (English/Spanish) and have experience handling all aspects of personal injury claims. Responsibilities include screening potential cases, filing and pursuing bodily injury and property damage claims, and handling PIP/Medpay claims along with health insurance issues. Paralegal will also interact with clients in person and by telephone, with medical providers regarding patient accounts, and with insurance adjusters. Computer skills are REQUIRED, and experience working with a case management system is preferred. We are looking for someone who is a team player, bright, energetic, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
