Position Description
Stein Sperling has an immediate opening for an experienced business attorney to join our Business Group and provide support and collaboration in the areas of entity formation, governance and transactions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements including but not limited to ownership agreements, purchase/sale agreements, loan agreements and employment agreements.
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of lawyer work experience in a law firm business department.
- Excellent research, organizational, communication, presentation, and legal writing skills with a high level of attention to detail required.
- Current ability to practice law in Maryland and/or the ability to sit for the Maryland bar required; Virginia and DC bar recommended
