Department: Commercial Litigation
The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will provide support to and collaborate with a Senior Partner in the Litigation Department in diverse areas of commercial litigation. This position provides opportunities for active, hands-on, client facing involvement, in a fast paced, growing, and exciting environment.
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of related work experience in a commercial litigation law firm.
- Prior work experience or exposure to drafting complaints, dispositive motions, discovery and complex legal memoranda.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, analytical and legal writing skills, with a high level of attention to detail required.
- Maryland bar required District of Columbia and Virginia bar admissions a plus.
