Steve Vinick’s passion for supporting his clients drew him into personal injury and criminal defense law, while his commitment to addressing a broad range of client needs led him to Stein Sperling. With over 20 years of experience, Steve’s current practice in personal injury, criminal defense, and medical malpractice has earned him a reputation as a relentless and skilled litigator and highly effective courtroom advocate. His clients trust him to fight for the best outcome, knowing he is tirelessly working in their interests.

In addition to his reputation in court, Steve’s honest and empathetic nature helps him to connect with clients who often come to him anxious, injured or both. His open communication allows him to gather all the facts, helping him to see the full picture of their case. He guides his clients step-by-step from beginning to end.

Steve is a frequent lecturer on numerous topics including civil litigation, automobile claims, depositions, evidence, Medicare and criminal defense. He speaks to many organizations such as the National Business Institute, the Maryland State Bar Association and The Federal Bar Association.

Prior to working in the private practice of law, Steve served as a law clerk to the Honorable L. Leonard Ruben of the Montgomery County Circuit Court from 1992-1993.
