We also provide in-house training to employees on relevant employment law topics.
Despite preventative practices, administrative complaints and litigation is an unavoidable reality. When that situation arises, we defend our clients from complaints filed against them including with the EEOC, DOL and NLRB, as well as in court. We vigorously represent our clients before these administrative agencies and in employment litigation and arbitration.
