We assist businesses and individuals with the due diligence essential to the successful acquisition and sale of commercial, industrial, and residential property including such items as environmental reports, surveys, and title insurance. In addition to transaction documents, we negotiate and prepare letters of intent, financial commitment letters, limited liability company and ownership agreements, joint venture, and development agreements, as well as other ancillary agreements. As part of the financing process, we assist clients with loan origination, loan documents, restructuring and workout as they pertain to each client’s situation and needs.
We counsel landlords and tenants with regard to their commercial leasing matters including structuring and negotiating lease agreements to protect their interests as either Landlord or Tenant.
