Nidhi P. Patel

Practical and solution-oriented, Nidhi Patel entered the practice of law with a desire to be a problem solver. She is driven to assist her clients through the life cycle of their business – from assisting with business entity formations to contract drafting and negotiating and working through merger and acquisition transactions and establishing succession plans.

Nidhi’s background in commercial litigation ensures that she always has an eye on preventing or navigating business controversies and disputes. Nidhi starts her client engagements by first listening intently and understanding their needs and concerns. Then she uses her strong research and writing skills to develop a thorough product, tailored to achieve the desired goals and best results for her clients.

She is a passionate, determined lawyer who is fulfilled by helping others. In memory of her father, Nidhi co-founded the Parag Patel Foundation, which raises money for the Children’s Home Society in the Florida community in which she grew up. The Society provides for the welfare and education of underprivileged children.
