Dustin Dorsino understands that effective communication is key to success in the legal arena, and he works tirelessly to ensure that his clients are well-informed and feel empowered throughout the legal process. Dustin assists clients with all stages of corporate transactions from the letter of intent through closing. Dustin also represents clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate formations, reorganizations and succession planning.

Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Dustin worked in Syracuse, N.Y. where, in addition to his corporate practice, he provided legal counsel and strategic advice related to complex regulatory issues facing New York’s cannabis industry, including helping clients obtain and transfer licenses for the cultivation, processing and dispensing of recreational cannabis, comply with corporate structure restrictions, and resolve issues related to financing and taxation.
