For Judy Cornwell, civil litigation is an intricate puzzle that she prides herself on solving piece by piece. With a focus on complex commercial litigation, Judy recognizes that her clients are often busy and understandably very anxious about their case and her goal is to establish and maintain their complete confidence as she develops a strategic plan to successfully resolve their concerns.
Judy was drawn to Stein Sperling while serving as a judicial law clerk because of the professionalism and passion for the law that she saw in the firm’s attorneys who continue to “captivate and inspire” her. This very passion underpins her litigation practice. Regardless of the details of each individual case, Judy always looks compassionately at the big picture, while never losing site of the client’s personal connection to the case.
Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Judy clerked for the Honorable Ronald B. Rubin in the Montgomery County Circuit Court.
University of Kentucky (B.A., cum laude, 2004)
