In moments of profound change, R. Chase Frederick provides her clients with steady guidance, helping them navigate the separation and divorce process, including child custody, child support, and property division matters. Her focus on both the day-to-day details and the broader picture ensures clients feel supported as they transition into the next phase of their lives.

When first meeting with clients, Chase understands that emotions often run high, and questions frequently outweigh answers. She helps cut through the fog of uncertainty, presenting clear options and crafting practical strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation. Chase’s approach recognizes the deeply personal nature of family law, where every individual brings their own goals, history, and challenges. Acting as both advocate and teammate, she collaborates with clients to create a path forward that reflects their priorities.

Before joining Stein Sperling, she practiced family law at a firm in Bethesda, Maryland. She previously clerked for the Honorable Kathleen M. Dumais at the Circuit Court of Montgomery County.
