John Portnow’s approach to estate planning reflects his determination to do the best possible job for his client. This means assuring he has listened to his client, understood their needs, communicated effectively throughout the engagement, and achieved the results that allows them to sleep better at night knowing their lifetime and estate wishes have been taken care of in the manner that meets their goals.

Using his analytical nature aligned with this desire to help people and make a difference in their lives, John handles and addresses all estate planning matters from simple Wills and disability planning to helping clients who benefit from life insurance trusts, limited partnerships, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, and other sophisticated planning techniques.

With an LLM in Taxation, John prides himself on being diligent and detail oriented in everything he does as well as being attentive and understanding as he guides clients through the estate planning process.
