David Driscoll was wise, levelheaded, insightful and hilarious. His wisdom and integrity were our compass, reminding us of the values we stand for and the legacy we’ve promised to uphold. Whether navigating complex legal matters, championing the firm’s mission, or presiding over Stein Sperling Bingo Night, David’s steady hand, keen insight and searing and irreverent wit were front and center always.

Beyond his leadership at the firm and at the Bar, and beyond his fabulous skills in the courtroom, David brought warmth, light and laughter to all who knew him – and everyone seemed to know him.

His wit and humor lifted spirits and inspired camaraderie, making even the busiest days brighter. David was a showman, a morale booster, and a friend whose impact will be felt for generations at Stein Sperling. He was profoundly respected and deeply loved.
