Beth Irving thrives on problem solving. She prides herself on listening carefully to her clients and developing a plan of action based upon their input and their articulated objectives.

As a member of Stein Sperling’s business law team for more than 30 years, Beth’s focus is on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, sales, development, financing, and commercial leasing. During her career, Beth has negotiated construction, leasing, and management contracts for large developers, national and regional tenants, and a variety of foundations. Beth’s goal is to provide her clients with solutions that are tailored to their individual needs.

Beth’s extensive knowledge of the real estate legal landscape in concert with her detail-oriented nature enables her to obtain optimal business results for her clients while protecting them from potential pitfalls.
