Ashley Cha focuses her practice on family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and other domestic relations issues. She brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to matters that often involve significant personal and emotional challenges. Ashley works closely with clients to understand their priorities, explain their options, and develop strategies tailored to the unique circumstances of each case.

In matters involving children, Ashley takes a child-focused approach, recognizing the importance of keeping their best interests at the center of decisions that can have a lasting impact on their lives.

Before joining Stein Sperling, Ashley practiced family law at a Maryland law firm. She previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Adrienne Noti and the Honorable Rupa Ranga of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. In these roles, she worked on complex matters involving divorce, custody, and child support, gaining valuable insight into how domestic relations cases are evaluated and decided from the bench.

Her experience in private practice and within the court system gives Ashley a thoughtful perspective on how family law matters are evaluated and resolved, informing the approach she brings to each case.
