Joe Moeller listens carefully to his clients and then gathers and pieces together their story to get the best results possible. Joe focuses his litigation practice on business controversy, including real estate, construction, and partnership/shareholder disputes.

Joe prides himself on clear communication with his clients, working to keep them up to date and informed on the timeline, process and strategies. While he recognizes that each case is unique, his experience allows him to predict which key issues may impact a client’s decisions.

Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Joe worked for a Maryland litigation firm representing clients in state and federal court and before administrative agencies.
