In her practice, Morgan Kirby wants her clients to feel they have an ally in resolving their tax issues. She works with her clients to ensure that they understand the process and guides them to the best way to resolve their concerns. Morgan assists clients, both business owners and individuals, with all aspects of tax controversy including audits, appeals and collections.

Morgan feels a strong satisfaction from the palpable relief her clients feel when a case resolves. Many clients struggle for years with the burden and fear of IRS notifications and tax debt; she knows the sense of ease they must feel to put it all behind them and move forward.

Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Morgan worked in independent practice representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and reviewing and drafting estate planning documents to ensure maximum tax saving and adherence to client directives.
