A shared commitment to providing exceptional client service drew Rebecca O’Neill to Stein Sperling’s Tax Practice group. Rebecca has long been fascinated by tax and transactional law and appreciates the opportunities to advocate for individual clients and businesses in these realms.
As part of Stein Sperling’s nationally recognized tax litigation and controversy team, Rebecca recognizes that, while many of her clients may have a sense of the goals they wish to achieve, they need guidance in choosing the optimal tax strategies for doing so. She believes that looking at the big picture and analyzing the full breadth of the case is crucial to securing a positive outcome. Sincere and communicative, Rebecca strives to understand her clients’ needs so that she can provide tailored advice while also anticipating issues clients may not have considered.
Beyond tax law, Rebecca also focuses on business law matters such as entity formation, ownership, reorganization and business succession; this includes drafting agreements related to partnerships, stockholders, stock and asset purchases and mergers.
Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Rebecca practiced transactional and tax law with firms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
