ROCKVILLE, MD (May 17, 2022) — Stein Sperling attorneys recently completed the Directed Dialogues Series Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certification Program hosted by the Bar Association and Bar Foundation of Montgomery County.
Held in conjunction with DEI consulting firm Equity Through Action, the six-month program explored topics such as workplace power dynamics, building and leveraging emotional intelligence to achieve race equity and best practices for organizational change.
Participating firms, including Stein Sperling, were recognized for their successful completion of the series and for their leadership role in support of DEI in the legal community during a reception held in May.
