The discussion will provide educational and practical information on these important provisions.

The hot topics presented will include: misclassification of employees, wage payment and collection laws (including potential exposure for general contractors for unpaid wages of their subcontractors’ employees) and an overview of new employment laws passed during the 2019 legislative session.
